Have your chance to host the Festival of Small Halls

Council is calling for submissions from local communities to host the Festival of Small Halls for one night in their local hall sometime between Thursday, 13 October and Sunday, 23 October 2022.

The Festival of Small Halls is a series of tours that take the best folk and contemporary acoustic artists and send them on the road to tiny halls in communities around Australia.

The successful community will be required to work with Woodfordia, the touring group, regarding marketing, ticket sales, securing an MC for the night and a working committee that will decorate the hall and clean up after the event.

The community may benefit financially from the Festival of Small Halls with profits from ticket sales to be split evenly with Woodfordia and will also benefit from the sale of food and drink on the night.

Interested parties will be required to submit a form by Friday, 22 July 2022.
