FOOTT STREET TO RECEIVE NEW KERB AND CHANNEL

Maranoa Regional Council would like to advise residents that kerb and channel works are due to commence on Foott Street, Roma around the last week of November 2022.

The works, which are scheduled to take approximately 2-3 weeks, will see new kerb and channel and pavement widening on the section of Foott Street between Currey Street and Downs Street. Weather permitting, the works are scheduled to be completed by the end of December.

Throughout the construction period, local traffic signage will be in place to assist motorists and pedestrians safely through or around the work site. Additionally, to accommodate these works, Farndons Lane may be closed temporarily at times, open to local traffic only.
