Every Summer and Winter school holidays Council cooridnates programs of events right across the region to help you and your kids get the most out of 'schools-out' time. 

Council has a wide range of activities to keep you occupied while also providing oppourtunities for you to learn new skills, make friends and have fun.  

Region by region programs will be published here prior to the school holidays. Keep an eye out on our socials. 

Programs

Sleigh-ride your way into the 2024/25 Christmas and New Year holiday events with activities ranging from beach volleyball to drive-in movies being held throughout the Maranoa region. 

Don't miss out and book in early for the two big highlight events - Payton's Pantry's Sugar Cookie and Cupcake Icing and the Outback Film Club workshops happening in Roma, Injune, Yuleba, Surat and Mitchell.
