R U OK? Enjoy a night filled with laughter in the Maranoa

Maranoa Regional Council is excited to welcome Comedy Shows and a Laughter Clinic to our region in September 2021.
These events support positive mental health for our community and raise awareness for the R U OK? initiative.
R U OK? Inspire and empower everyone to meaningfully connect with the people around them and start a conversation with those in their world who may be struggling. You don’t need to be an expert to reach out – just a good friend and a great listener.
Residents aged 18 years and above are invited to join us for the Laughter Clinic and Comedy Shows, featuring Comedian Mark McConville and his team - bringing the power of laughter to our region.
The Laughter Clinic presentation offers the right balance of humour and laughter with easy to remember mental health strategies and take away messages. This Clinic will be held on Friday, 3 September from 9am to 10am at St. John’s School Shed, Roma.
