Lewis Street to receive new kerb and channel

Maranoa Regional Council would like to advise residents that kerb and channel works are due to commence on Lewis Street, Roma this week on Wednesday, 15 February 2023.

The works, which are scheduled to take approximately 4 weeks, will see new kerb and channel and pavement widening on the section of Lewis between Phillip and Chrystal street. Weather permitting, the works are scheduled to be completed by mid-March.

Throughout the construction period, local traffic signage will be in place to assist motorists and pedestrians safely through or around the work site.
