School holiday program set to delight families across Maranoa

Maranoa Regional Council is thrilled to announce a diverse and entertaining school holiday program spanning December and January, packed with activities for the entire family.

From festive arts and crafts to movie nights under the stars, there's something to enjoy in every town across the region.

Portfolio Spokesperson for Youth, Cr John Birkett said Maranoa Regional Council was proud to coordinate the holiday program.

"We are pleased to offer a packed school holiday program that celebrates community, creativity and family fun," Cr Birkett said.

"With events and activities spread across the region, families and children can come together and make the most of the holidays with memorable experiences right here in the Maranoa."

"These programs are just one of the ways Council contributes to building a more connected, healthy, and engaged community."

Highlights of the Holiday Program:

  • Drive-in Movie Nights: Enjoy classic outdoor movie nights under the outback sky across Roma, Injune, Surat, Mitchell and Wallumbilla. Gather your family and friends, bring a cozy blanket, and settle in for a unique drive-in experience.
