Maranoa Regional Council is inviting residents to provide feedback on its structure as part of an organisational review.

Council’s last regular review took place over four years ago, which saw some changes to its operational structure in 2021.

Three years on, Council is evaluating the outcomes of these changes. An internal review has been underway since late last year, incorporating staff feedback and early input from Councillors.

Mayor Wendy Taylor said community insight is an important part of this process.

“We want to hear resident’s experiences of how Council operates,” Cr Taylor said.

“Your feedback will help guide ongoing improvements to Council’s service delivery.”

The feedback form has been designed to be open-ended, giving residents the freedom to share their views in their own words and encouraging meaningful, constructive feedback.

Residents are asked how Council’s organisational structure works for them—and how it could work better.

The feedback form is available for completion online, or as a downloadable PDF form.

A hard copy can also be collected from Council Customer Services Centres.

The feedback period runs until 28 April 2025. “

We are always grateful when the community takes time to help us to improve the services we offer them,” Cr Taylor said.
