Licence Agreement - Installation of Advertising Signage at Roma Saleyards

Maranoa Regional Council invites submissions from parties interested in entering a licence agreement to install advertising signage at the Roma Saleyards Spelling paddock (Lot 2 on RP128337).

This Expression of Interest (EOI) offers the opportunity to install signage promoting a local business or organisation and Council is interested in entering an arrangement with one advertiser.

This site has prime exposure to the Warrego Highway.

Successful parties will be required to enter into a licence agreement with Council, which will include details such as, the term of the licence and the annual fee payable.

The agreement will also include responsibilities of both Council as the Licensor and the responsibilities of the Licensee/ Business Owner.

Feedback received during the EOI process will be considered when finalising the details of the licence agreement.
