On Friday 17 May, Council will be upgrading the system it uses to manage its online transactions.

As a result, residents will not be able to conduct transactions such as rate payments and dog registrations or log issue requests through Council's website.

Online Services will be offline from 5pm Thursday 16 May continuing all day Friday 17 May and across the weekend.  It is expected that these services will be restored by Monday 20th May.

While not accessible via our website, these services will still be available, with some limitations, through our Customer Service team by phone or in person at one of our Customer Service Centres on the Friday.
