Manhole inspections and cockroach fogging to commence in Injune

Council will be inspecting manholes and conducting cockroach fogging within Injune from tomorrow for up to two weeks.

Council staff will require access to residents' properties to assess manholes to undertake the fogging treatment and visually inspect the manhole lid, once removed.

This will take approximately 30 minutes. 

Programmed maintenance inspections on sewer manholes are undertaken to determine their condition. 

These inspections allow Council to plan for a future renewal program and identify whether rehabilitation or replacement will be required.
